Resident Advisor combines event listings, ticket sales, promoter pages and editorial coverage for electronic music. For a promoter, it is often the first place a night exists publicly and the place where the audience decides to attend.
The content that outlives the listing
After the event, the listing stops being the centre of gravity. Photographers deliver hundreds of photos, the video team has clips, artists want their own material, and the promoter needs assets for the next announcement. That content rarely has a home that matches how it was organized on the night.
WELX Events
WELX Events organizes content by event name, country, city and date, with a folder for each artist. Public folders can go to fans; private folders stay with the artist. Access works from a browser on a phone or computer, and CREW adds shared roles when several people manage the event.

Can a photographer upload without a WELX account?
Uploads use the access the promoter shares. For a team workflow, CREW adds roles so the people managing the content have the access they need.
